O’Reilly Auto Parts, Inc. "Enter Online To Win Dream Race Package For 2013” Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / MAIL-IN ENTRIES & ELECTRONIC ENTRIES FOR PERMANENT LAWFUL RESIDENTS OF THE STATES LISTED ABOVE ONLY. The 2012 O’Reilly Auto Parts ("Enter Online to Win Dream Race Package for 2013” Sweepstakes) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Time ["ET"]) on August, 15 2012 and ends September 11, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes entries will be accepted in two (2) ways: In-store tear pad entries and Electronic Entries.
- In-store tear pad entries: You may enter by legibly hand printing in ink every line included on the tear pads located on the O’Reilly product display units found in O’Reilly Auto Parts Stores during the Sweepstakes Period and mailing the tear pad entry in a properly addressed #10 envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: The 2012 O’Reilly Auto Parts “Enter Online to Win Dream Race Package for 2013” Sweepstakes, 286 Browns Hill Rd, Locust, NC. 28097.
- Electronic Entries. You may enter by going to: www.oreillyautoparts.com or to www.racesavers.com and complete your entry.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 11, 2012 and received by September 18, 2012. Mail-in envelopes larger than a #10 envelope will be automatically disqualified. Limit of one entry per stamped envelope per household per day. No mechanically reproduced, forged or altered entries are permitted. There will be no verification of receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities and will not be returned.
2. Eligibility: O’Reilly Auto Parts “Enter Online to Win Dream Race Package for 2013” Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America, excluding residents of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont and age 18 or older, as of August 15, 2012.
The Sweepstakes, and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, are intended for viewing only within the continental United States. Employees of Reese, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Inc., ST Motorsports, Inc. (“Sponsors”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies and the directors, officers, employees or agencies, and any of their respective partners or prize suppliers, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
3. Drawing and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about September 30, 2012 from among all eligible entries received by ST Motorsports, Inc. ("Sweepstakes Administrator"). The Sweepstakes Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone or mail and must respond to the notification within seven (7) business days of the notification attempt or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: A trip for two (2) to a Nascar Sprint Cup race of the winners’ choice during the 2013 race season (“Prize”). Prize consists of: double occupancy hotel for three (3) nights, two (2) pre-race Pit Passes/hospitality and tickets to the Sprint Cup Race, two (2) Nationwide tickets and roundtrip airfare for two from the closest major airport from winners’ home to the race, $500 via Visa Gift Card to use towards transportation and incidentals, Hotel and seating at the race are determined by the Sweepstakes Administrator in its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses not stated herein, including without limitation, meals, gratuities, transportation and other incidentals, are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and on designated days, which are subject to change. The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00. Only the stated number of prizes will be awarded. The total ARV is $3,000.00.
7. Sweepstakes Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, Sweepstakes Entities and Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
8. Limitations of Liability: Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or mutilated entries. Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsors’ and Sweepstake Entities’ representatives. The winners agree to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Entities from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which he or she may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death or illness arising out of or claimed to be arising out of Sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance or use/misuse of the aforesaid prize.
9.
